And so the sun sets on Fiji. Another season of survivor has come to a close and Earl has been named the million dollar sole survivor.

All kinds of venom being shot Dreamz way. An interesting character, to say the least. The longer I have to think about this guy, the more I think he's a candidate for a VH1 reality show. Just put him in somewhat difficult or uncomfortable social situations and watch him try to work out of it. If he gets clear and no one has any idea how he did it, Dreamz wins $5,000. If someone can see through it, they win (or if it's a group effort, they share the 5K). Call it "Win Dreamz Money".

Or something. Does it seem like I was hoping for a little bit more from last night? At least we got a really juvenile, hate filled inquisition by the jury. I don't think it accomplished anything, other than allowing them to pop off, but it was the best 10 minutes of the show.

Without further delay, enjoy the finale of BuffsOff!

Stacy is gone because Stacy is stupid.

The car challenge returned to the Fiji Islands and Yau won a big ass truck. No, a really big ass truck. Since the conniving little weasel is a generous one, he convinced Dreamz to sell his soul, and his shot at a million for the really big ass truck.

Boo could smell the sweet diesel fumes, only to have them snatched away by the little neo-yoda.

Christmas is away...again. But the boys will still play. And we got to have a friend come over this time.

In a very special episode of BuffsOff, Ryan from the Blog joins us on the show (but we don't confront teen drug use, destructive friendships, or inappropriate touching - sorry)

Even though we're guessing the majority of fandom is begging for something to blow this show up, we were treated to another predictable vote on the islands last night. If nothing else though, Alex showed some real heart trying to stay in the game.

Complete, complete side note, and a topic that clearly can only be discussed by the blog fans, but can someone explain to me Rocky's walk?? Have you noticed this? Walks like he's got bricks in his armpits and a lead pipe jammed up his arse! And I can't believe I'm saying this, but I almost miss him at this point.

Enough of this, on to the show!

Yao is no longer a player in this game, he is a force of nature.

Any trust that anyone thought they had, gone. At this point, any survivor on the island who thinks he/she has a solid alliance with anyone, is an idiot. Players will twist and turn in the breeze to the very last.

Last night we saw Moto do a fine rendition of the Meke. (I prefer the Haka as danced by the All Blacks, but I won't be picky) Ravu was a bit more reminiscent of 8 year-olds playing London Bridge, but at least Dre had a kick-ass back flip.

Who knew that Yao-Man was such a lethal assassin? Nice!

Having been given a slight reprieve from the tribal council by a quirky twist of fate, and the message in the bottle, Ravu didn't have to send anyone home, so there were no aftershocks this week. Didn't help them in the least.

Rocky popped off at the reward challenge and got popped. Yao Man is the only thing that stood between Moto and perfection.

Stacy showed herself to be a Grade A bitch back at the camp. Power corrupts sweetheart, watch your backside.

With immunity as an overgrown game of memory, Ravu could barely remember their names, let alone where the matching boards were. Really a merciless game in the grand scheme. Sure, no physicality to it, but your mind goes long before your body when you're being deprived like this.

Our comrade has made contact with us even in a dire situation, because of her dedication to Survivor Fiji.

Three episodes in and this season is still trying to find something of a groove. Ravu is so frazzled right now, they are just spiraling downward to a glorious meltdown. There has to be some belief they'll be thrown a bone, but maybe not!

Sylvia is gone, Anthony may be on the chopping block. He's got a tough couple of days ahead of him.

Gary could have cracked a rib...or it could be worse. I wonder if they've got an duct tape at Ravu, they've got everything else. Just tape it up and keep playing!

Hoping for some nice animosity when Ravu gets back to camp to start the next episode, and Clay is looking forward to Liliana's performance on the night vision.

Survivor Fiji has begun and Buffs Off is back up on the scene.

As with all premiers, there wasn't a lot of meat on this bone for us to pick at. Just some general getting to know you kind of fun. Of course, that would never keep us from spouting off.

Tribes have formed and we've got the haves and the have nots, and really, isn't that they way it goes. I know we're all getting a little giddy to watch just how far deprivation is going to push Ravu.

One of the highlights of the night had to be Boo and Rocky trying to open the crate and then Yau Man actually getting the job done. Brains vs. brawn, and we have a winner.

First exile and first council have already happened, and in a nifty twist, those two moves together evened out the tribes. Sylvia's holding the first clue to the immunity idol and Jessica is the first to head for home.

Join us now for another edition of Buffs Off.
