Is There a Doctor in the House?

So after a (fort)night of Clay stumbling through Fiji's fine entertainment establishments, he had the dignified honor of passing-out-cold on one of the island's soft sand beaches.

Aside from waking up with a tide-drenched mullet and a cake-hole full of sea water, he's added this nice little rash to his list of bodily harm accomplishments:

Anywho, if there's a medical professional or practicing witch doctor out there that can help us identify this skin job, feel free to add a comment.

Meanwhile, Christmas, Sterling and I will continue to ignore Clay's monotonous Buffalo Bill impersonations:

"It rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again."

We Have Word from the Mothership

Greetings to the masses. We've been quiet for a while out here on Fiji.

Part of that was getting settled in, part of that was getting over the trauma of Sterling's Yugo-copter, and part of that was keeping our heads down so we didn't get caught up in the crazy-ass coup going down.

Life is getting back to something we call normal. That's a bit qualified though, since normal here probably ain't normal there (no matter where there is for you).

The Eye in the Sky (CBS) has finally given us a nugget! These bastards do a fine job of cleaning up after themselves. In my few brief moments of sobriety, I've tried to find scraps of evidence. We don't have much. There's a new official site online though, for the new season.

Most important information of all, the new series gets going on February 8 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. Dude, finally!! We've got some direction again. Clay is actually going to have to climb out of his shelter pretty soon. It might be the first time that clown has seen the sun in weeks.

The contestants are online now. Looks like quite a mix. Christmas will be happy to know there is decent representation of the older crowd. She was bitching about this on Puka Puka, but there are 4 contestants over the age of 40 (three of the four in their 50's) and another who's damn close at 38.

Seems to be a bit of an international flair as well, with several contestants having been born outside the U.S. Much to learn in the coming days. Countdown is on though, 25 days from today!

Oh yeah, can somebody help me out? Clay gave me a moonshine recipe (since I'm pretty much out of hooch now). He guarantees this is legit, but he's suspect. I mixed the leftover gasoline from the Yugo-copter, a bit of coconut milk, some bamboo shoots and put an old 9-volt battery in the jar. I think it's ready, but is this safe or is he full of crap?
